    The standard we work to

This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, which is also the basis of Israeli Standard 5568. We have checked it ourselves against the points below. It has not yet had an independent accessibility audit, and when it does, this page will say so.

What we have done on this website

    • A “Skip to content” link is the first thing a keyboard reaches.
    • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, and the focused element is always visibly marked.
    • Every image of the app carries a text description of what the screen shows, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
    • Each page has one main heading and a heading structure that follows its content, and the language of the page is declared.
    • Body text meets the WCAG AA contrast ratio against the background, and colour is never the only way information is shown: every bullish, bearish or neutral value also has a word or an icon.
    • If your device is set to reduce motion, the page shows its content without animating it.
    • The policies print cleanly, as dark text on a white page.

    The app

The ChartPeak app follows the text size you set on your phone, and its setup screens have been tested at the largest accessibility text sizes. A full screen-reader audit (VoiceOver and TalkBack) of every screen has not been completed yet. Until it has, some screens may read out in an unhelpful order. If you hit one, please tell us which.

    Known limitations

    • The website is in English only.
    • Chart images inside the app are photos of charts you supply. The read that comes back is text, so it can be read by a screen reader, but the chart picture itself is not described.

Report a barrier or ask for help

If something on this website or in the app is hard or impossible for you to use, email support@chartpeak.app. Tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the device and any assistive technology you use. We reply within five working days and, where we cannot fix the problem quickly, we will help you get what you need another way.

Accessibility contact: Yaron Lehman, reachable at the email above.
