Support
Most questions are answered below or in the FAQ. If yours is not, the fastest route is the Report a bug option inside the app, which sends us the details we need.
Reach us
For a problem with the app, open the Profile tab and choose Report a bug. It attaches the app version, your device model and the screen you were on, so we can reproduce what you saw. It never attaches your journal, your charts or your name. For anything else, the support link on the App Store listing reaches us too.
Forgotten password
If you signed up with an email address, you can reset your password here — it works whether or not the app is installed, which the reset inside the app does not. If you signed in with Apple or Google there is no ChartPeak password: reset it with that provider instead.
Manage your subscription
Subscriptions are held by the App Store, so that is where they are changed. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, ChartPeak. The Profile tab in the app links straight there. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the current period ends. Refund requests go to Apple; the refund policy has the steps.
Quick answers
- What happens when I reach the limit?
- The app tells you which limit you hit and when it resets, and the rest of it keeps working: your journal, your saved reads and the Academy are untouched. The daily count resets at midnight UTC. You can’t buy past the cap, so there is nothing to upgrade to.
- How do I cancel?
- Through your Apple ID subscription settings, the same as any other App Store subscription. Your Profile tab links straight to that screen. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the current period ends.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled by Apple, because Apple holds the payment. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com and Apple decides under its own policy. We can’t issue or refuse an App Store refund ourselves. The refund policy page has the details.
- How do I delete everything?
- Open the Profile tab, tap your account, and choose Delete account. That removes the account on our servers and clears the local database with it. Removing the app from your phone deletes the local data too. Neither can be undone.
- How accurate is it?
- It’s a language model reading an image, and it can be wrong. It can misread a crowded chart, miss a level, or name a pattern that isn’t there. Treat a read as a second opinion to check your own against, never as the deciding vote. That’s why the disclaimer sits on every read instead of being buried in a settings screen.
Policies
- Privacy policy — What stays on your phone, what reaches our servers, and which services we use to run the app.
- Terms of use — The agreement between you and ChartPeak, including subscriptions and fair use.
- Risk disclosure — Why a read is education and not advice, and what trading can cost you.
- Refund policy — How cancellations and refunds work when the App Store or Google Play holds the payment.
- Cookie policy — What this website stores in your browser. Short, because the answer is almost nothing.
- Delete your account — How to delete your ChartPeak account and what is removed when you do.
Get ChartPeak
Snap a chart with your phone and get the whole read back in about 12 seconds: trend, levels, risk and the reasoning behind it. When there is no trade in the chart, ChartPeak says so.
