Refund policy
ChartPeak subscriptions are sold through the App Store and, when listed, Google Play. Those stores hold the payment, so they decide refunds. Here is how that works in practice.

Who handles refunds
When you subscribe, you pay Apple or Google, not us. We never see your card and we cannot move money back to it. A refund request therefore goes to the store, which reviews it under its own policy. We cannot approve or refuse a store refund ourselves, and we do not receive personal details about the request.
How to request one
App Store (iPhone)
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.
- Find ChartPeak in the list of purchases and choose “Request a refund”.
- Pick a reason and submit. Apple usually answers within 48 hours.
Google Play (Android, when listed)
- Open the order in your Google Play purchase history.
- Choose “Request a refund” or “Report a problem”.
- Google reviews the request under its refund policy.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. It does not return money for the current period; that is a refund, and the store decides it.
To cancel on iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, ChartPeak. The Profile tab in the app links straight to that screen. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
What we can do
If something in the app did not work, tell us first. A read that failed, a purchase that did not unlock, a limit that seemed wrong: most of these we can fix, and we would rather fix them than have you leave. Use the Report a bug option in the Profile tab, or use the Report a bug option in the app’s Profile tab, or the support link on the App Store listing. If we cannot fix it, we say so and point you to the store’s refund process.
Consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits any right to a refund or a cooling-off period that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be contracted away. Where such a right applies to a digital subscription, the store honours it through the same process above.
Discounted offers
If you accepted a discounted offer inside the app, the same rules apply: the store holds the payment, cancelling stops renewal, and refund requests go to the store.
